Perfectly adapted to accommodate 8 people, it combines traditional charm with modern comfort, fully air-conditioned, with three bedrooms, an independent studio, three bath/shower rooms and a heated/secured swimming pool.
The large garrigue garden is a haven of peace, with a shaded patio, a petanque court, a 10x4m secure heated swimming pool and a Japanese garden.
Situated in the heart of the Golden Triangle, just 10 minutes from the emblematic Luberon villages of Gordes, Goult, Roussillon and Bonnieux, this property is ideally placed for hiking and biking tours.
Things to note
Pool Safety: The pool has an electrical cover and a gate, however, we recommend that young children nearby are supervised at all times.
The garden is not fenced, however there is a gate.
Exterior
The large garrigue garden is a haven of peace, where every space invites you to relax and enjoy. A shaded patio is ideal for al fresco dining, while the pétanque court and ping-pong table promise fun times with family and friends. The saltwater swimming pool, heated and secured by a shutter and barrier, offers a refreshing and soothing setting. For younger guests, a trampoline adds a playful touch, and the Japanese garden, with its Zen atmosphere, completes this serene setting.
Pool
In the heart of a large garden, a superb 10 x 4-meter saltwater swimming pool, heated and secured by an electric shutter, blends perfectly into this natural environment. Cool and pleasant under the Provencal sun, it invites you to relax in total serenity, ideal for recharging your batteries and taking full advantage of the soothing surroundings.
Interior
The house comprises a fully air-conditioned main barn, offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It features a functional kitchen as well as a living and dining room opening onto an intimate patio, perfect for your meals and moments of outdoor relaxation. Upstairs, a large lounge-library with TV invites you to relax, while the sleeping area includes two air-conditioned double bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has its own shower room, while bedroom 2 shares a shower room with bedroom 4 on the second floor, and a separate toilet.
Adjoining the house, the independent studio, also air-conditioned, offers a double or twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), a mezzanine lounge, a practical kitchenette, a shower room and toilet. The gîte has access to a separate terrace, facing the swimming pool, offering a peaceful and convivial setting.

This property can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: a double bedroom in the annex, with kitchenette, living room and terrace, 1 en suite bedroom on the second floor, 2 double bedrooms (one on the first and one on the second floor) sharing a shower room and separate toilet.

Bedroom 1: with Queen-size double bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90x200), bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate WC. The studio has its own kitchenette, dining room, mezzanine lounge and direct access to a poolside terrace.
On the second floor:
Bedroom 2: with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), ensuite with shower, washbasin and separate WC.
Bedroom 3: Master with King-size double bed (180 x 200 cm), ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, lounge area.
Bedroom 4: with 2 beds: a single Single Bed (110 x 200 cm) and a queen-size double bed (160X200).
Bedrooms 2 and 4 share an independent shower room with shower, washbasin and the shared independent WC is by the corridor. for bedrooms 2, 3 and 4.
