Sarah is behind nearly every guest email, marketing campaign, and perfectly timed post in your inbox.

Sarah is the driving force behind the emails that land in your inbox each week. From planning seasonal campaigns to highlighting new properties and unforgettable experiences, she carefully curates content that reflects the rhythm of life in Provence. With a balance of creativity and data-led thinking, Sarah helps ensure every email captures a moment, a mood, or a detail worth discovering.

“When I’m not talking to guests or coordinating teams, I’m digging into our data,” she says. “I love seeing which properties people are saving, what topics spark interest - and then building campaigns around that.”

Originally from the south coast of the UK, Sarah spent several years living in the French Alps, where she developed a love for the mountains and became a keen snowboarder. She is always planning her next mini break - from long weekends away to spontaneous day trips - and rarely says no to the chance to discover somewhere new. Sarah joined the Provence Holidays marketing team almost a year ago, bringing energy, organisation, and a flair for campaign planning. She manages communications with guests and property owners, keeps internal teams aligned, and constantly tracks what content is resonating through the website and email analytics. Though she might describe her role as behind the scenes, Sarah is often out exploring the region too.

Sarah is drawn to Provence for its mix of coast, countryside and sunshine. “The older I get, the more I appreciate quality, beauty, and of course, luxury - Provence is a perfect blend of all three. Provence is such a treat to explore,” she says. “It has this mix of countryside, coastline, sunshine, and so much variety from one village to the next. I love visiting the team and seeing more of the places I spend so much time writing about.

Gordes

Favourite property | Villa Roi

“I love the contrast of dark and light tones in the interiors - it creates such a calm, elegant atmosphere,” she says. “Every bedroom looks like you would be sleeping on a cloud.”

For Sarah, this villa ticks all the right boxes for entertaining. Whether it is a long, late dinner inside or drinks around the sunken fire pit outdoors, there are spaces to gather and unwind in style. “The whole place feels designed for relaxed luxury,” she adds. “With its refined décor and stylish outdoor areas, it is the kind of villa that feels like a true escape.”

“I pinch myself that part of my job involves visiting these incredible properties. I get to plan creative campaigns that showcase the best of Provence, and sometimes I even get to travel and see it all in action.”

Favourite property with a sea view | Villa Dion

“For me, nothing beats waking up to sunshine, a sea breeze, and enjoying my morning coffee with a view,” she says. “This villa has so many perfect little spots to do just that.”

When it comes to views, Villa Dion is the one that captures Sarah’s attention - and keeps her dreaming of her next coastal escape. Located in the hills above Saint-Tropez, Villa Dion is a sleek, contemporary home with panoramic views over the Mediterranean. Every bedroom opens directly onto a private terrace, so the indoors and outdoors feel completely connected. The interiors are elegant yet understated, allowing the real focus to remain on the light and the landscape. The expansive terrace wraps around an infinity pool that seems to melt into the sea, while lounge areas, shaded spots, and al fresco dining zones make it easy to spend the entire day outdoors.

“It is the kind of villa where you could lose track of time in the best possible way,” Sarah says. “But if you are craving a bit of buzz, you are never far from the boutiques, beaches and nightlife of Saint-Tropez. It is that rare combination of total calm with everything at your fingertips.”

Le TIGrr in Gordes is more than just a restaurant | it is an experience.

“The first restaurant I visited with the Provence Holidays team, and it completely took my breath away,” she says.

Set high above The Luberon Valley, Le TIGrr is known for its multi-level terrace with panoramic views that stretch for miles. As dusk settles, the space transforms with glowing fairy lights, laid-back music, and a stylish crowd - the perfect setting for an evening of sushi and cocktails under the Provençal sky. The menu leans into Asian fusion, offering everything from fresh sashimi to flavourful small plates made for sharing. Add impeccable service and regular DJ sets, and you have one of the region’s most memorable dinner spots.

“It has this unbeatable combination of incredible views and a really fun atmosphere,” Sarah says. “I am a total sucker for fairy lights and a good outlook, and this place has both in abundance. An aperitif on the terrace as the sun goes down, followed by sushi and a bit of a dance under the stars - what more could you want?”

Recommended experience | Hire a classic car

“Driving through Provence’s countryside was one of the most unexpectedly special parts of my first trip,” she says. “At one point, we were just completely quiet - soaking up the vineyards, olive groves and open fields on either side of us.”

Her recommendation for guests staying in The Alpilles or near the coast? Hire a vintage Citroën 2CV, roll the roof back, and take to the winding backroads that connect hilltop villages and coastal viewpoints. “For me, it is about the freedom to explore at your own pace,” Sarah says. “The Route des Crêtes near Cassis is one of my favourite drives - especially in the late afternoon when the light softens over the sea. There are so many quiet spots to pull over, take a photo, or have an impromptu picnic.”

Whether you are winding through limestone cliffs in The Alpilles or tracing the coast above the Calanques, a classic car turns the journey into something truly cinematic - a slower, more romantic way to experience Provence.
