As Concierge Manager at Provence Holidays, Justine is the person behind the scenes transforming villa stays into one-of-a-kind experiences.
Whether arranging a private wine tour through the Ventoux or recommending a peaceful terrace for lunch, she ensures each guest gets the most out of their time in the region she proudly calls home.
Global experience, Provençal heart
With a background in high-end events and luxury hospitality, Justine joined Provence Holidays to help manage the concierge service - bringing fresh energy and deep local knowledge to every booking. Originally from a hamlet near Pernes-les-Fontaines, she knows The Luberon, Alpilles, and Ventoux regions like the back of her hand. Her family works in the wine industry, so Provence’s vineyards and traditions have shaped her world from the very beginning.
After earning a Master’s degree from a leading business school, Justine specialised in high-end event coordination during a three-year work-study placement. Her path has taken her across the world: a six-month internship in London, a university semester in Buenos Aires, a year working in Barcelona, and five months of solo travel across Asia - including a humanitarian mission in Cambodia, which she counts as her most meaningful adventure yet.
Before joining our team, Justine worked as Rental Manager for Le Collectionist in The Alpilles, gaining invaluable insight into seasonal villa rentals. This, combined with her experience in luxury hotels like Airelles Gordes, makes her an ideal guide for guests seeking something extraordinary. Fluent in English and Spanish, Justine uses her language skills and international outlook to design stays that feel both local and personal. Her top tip for visiting Provence? “Wake up early to explore without the crowds, then enjoy lazy afternoons back at the villa by the pool.”
Justin'es Property Spotlight | Mas de Pierre
14 people | 7 bedrooms | 7 bathrooms
"It combines tradition and modernity, large enough to accommodate a large family or lots of friends, the magnificent view and the swimming pool"
Mas de Pierre is a countryside villa with a twist - set beside a bull field that gives it a wild, Camargue-like feel. For Justine, that unexpected view is what makes it so special. “It feels secluded, peaceful, and authentic. But inside, you find modern comforts and beautiful communal spaces that make it ideal for a large family or a group of friends.” With five bedrooms, a large pool, and a traditional-meets-contemporary style, it offers a setting where Provençal charm meets easy elegance.
Justine's recommended experience | Ventoux wine tour
“Exploring the Ventoux appellations - Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, Rasteau, and Sablet - is a way to see the landscape, taste the terroir, and understand the heritage.”
Justine’s family is from Sablet, one of the villages included in the Ventoux and Côtes du Rhône wine-growing region. For her, a wine tour here is both personal and cultural. She recommends a private tour with Pierre, who offers cycling and walking tours that include tastings, vineyard visits, and lunch among the vines. “Every route is different depending on whether you go through The Alpilles, The Luberon, or the Ventoux - but they are all unforgettable.”
"Provence is more than a destination - it is a way of life. My goal is to help guests feel that from the moment they arrive, whether through a perfectly chosen villa, a local wine tasting, or simply a quiet afternoon by the pool. The details matter, and when they’re right, the whole experience just flows." - Justine
Favourite village | L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and beyond
“I have loved L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue since childhood. The Sunday market, the cafés along the water, the little shops, the shaded park - everything about it feels nostalgic and joyful.”
Famed for its antiques and canals, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue offers a unique blend of Provençal charm and Venetian character. Justine recommends arriving early to enjoy the quiet beauty of the waterways before the market comes to life. Wander through cobbled streets lined with brocante shops, pause for a glass of wine by the water’s edge, and take time to explore the leafy park just outside the centre.
For dessert, she always stops at Maison Fréto - a local favourite known for artisan ice cream with inventive flavours and seasonal ingredients. A short drive away is Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, the village Justine now calls home. Perched on a hilltop, it offers sweeping views of the Mont Ventoux and the surrounding vineyards. Hidden in its winding streets is La Maison de Celou, a warm and welcoming restaurant that reflects the village’s understated elegance and relaxed pace of life. La Maison de Celou and Le Bistrot de la Pastière share the same owner and are both located at the top of the village, making them favourites for locals seeking quality and character. For a special evening, she often recommends Le Bistrot de la Pastière in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Avignon. With a menu that changes with the seasons and a setting that feels intimate without being formal, it is a favourite for long lunches or quiet dinners with friends.
“These places may be close to home for me,” says Justine, “but that is what makes them so special. Each one reminds me how lucky we are to live and work in this region.”
A go-to retreat for a quieter pace | Mas de la Petite Sorgue
“Mas de la Petite Sorgue is small, warm, and beautifully traditional,” says Justine. “It is the kind of place that invites you to slow down.”
Located on the edge of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, this thoughtfully restored farmhouse is ideal for couples or smaller families who want to be close to the action, yet enjoy the peace of a countryside retreat. Its timeless interiors and shaded terraces offer a space to reconnect - with nature, with yourself, or simply with the slower rhythm of Provençal life.
Justine imagines her ideal day here beginning with coffee and croissants on the terrace, followed by a stroll through the antiques market. After a leisurely lunch made with local ingredients, the afternoon might include sunbathing by the pool, a game of pétanque under the trees, and a golden-hour bike ride through nearby villages.
“It is perfect for guests who love the idea of popping into town for an apéritif, but want to come home to something quiet and grounded,” she explains. “It is understated, calming, and full of charm.”
From boutique hotels in Argentina to luxury villas in The Alpilles, Justine’s path has always been shaped by curiosity, connection, and a love for creating memorable moments. Now back in her home region, she brings those experiences together to help guests enjoy Provence like a local - with ease, elegance, and a glass of Ventoux wine in hand.
À bientôt,
Justine
