The exterior of this villa embodies the charm and tranquility of Provence. A 2-hectare landscaped park, a large orchard and shaded relaxation areas invite you to relax in the heart of nature. The 200 m² poolhouse, with its covered terrace, is perfect for convivial outdoor meals. You'll also find a glassed-in room that opens onto nature, ideal for a drink. The double pétanque court, and the proximity of a wild lake within walking distance, offer even more opportunities to enjoy the natural surroundings.
Pool
The 19 x 8 m swimming pool, at the heart of the property, is a real asset for relaxing and swimming. Surrounded by lawns and secured by a gated fence, it offers a safe environment for children. Fifteen sun loungers and five parasols let you make the most of the Provencal sunshine. This outdoor area is an ideal place to recharge your batteries while admiring the view of the surrounding countryside.
Interior
Inside, this luxury villa combines refinement and comfort. The bright, spacious main living room features a large fireplace and opens onto two terraces with spectacular views of the vineyards and mountains. The fully-equipped kitchen with its bar allows you to prepare meals like a chef, while a Pleyel piano invites musical elegance. The living room also includes a games room with pool table, table soccer and bar for entertaining moments. On the relaxation side, a fitness room, a spacious hammam and a children's dormitory allow everyone to recharge their batteries in their own way. Comfortably appointed rooms feature double or twin beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring perfect privacy for all guests.
