The view is breathtaking: 360 degrees to the Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the surrounding villages of the Comtat Venaissin.

On the first floor, a large, light-filled living room features a lounge with fireplace, a dining area and an open kitchen, all opening onto two covered terraces facing south, as well as a north-facing terrace, ideal for summer days, equipped with a five-by-one-and-a-half-meter pool. This level also includes an office (which can be used as a bedroom), as well as a master suite with large dressing room, bathroom, separate shower and separate toilet.
On the garden level, an additional bedroom with its own shower room and toilet, and a laundry room complete the space.
The perfectly manicured 8,270 m² landscaped grounds are home to numerous olive trees and offer several relaxation areas, including a shady trellis ideal for summer meals.
