What we like
Beach Within Walking Distance: just a ten-minute walk from the beach, Bastide Le Pradet is ideal for those seeking to relax by the waves during their luxury holiday in the south of France.
Shaded Terraces: with terraces on the north and south of the property, you can dine in the shade with your loved ones throughout the day.
Location: close to the historic town of Le Pradet, this charming holiday rental is just steps away from the coastal cycle path which connects Toulon and Saint-Tropez.

Swimming Pool: a brand new swimming pool is currently under construction and will be ready for the 2023 season.
Exterior
Situated in an exclusive residential area in Le Pradet, this charming bastide offers a large garden with a brand new swimming pool. Cook a delicious meal on the gas barbecue and dine with your loved ones on one of the two shaded terraces. As the sun sets, enjoy a friendly game of boules or ping-pong with a cool glass of rosé.

The swimming pool area (4m x 3m) will be the ideal place to relax during your holidays in the south of France.
Interior
With refined decoration throughout, this authentic bastide has been completely renovated to become the ideal family holiday rental. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with direct access to the shaded terrace, a well-equipped farmhouse kitchen and a casual dining area. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms on the first floor, of which two have ensuite bathrooms and the other two share an independent bathroom. On the second floor, there are three double bedrooms which share a second independent bathroom.

Bedroom 4: with two single beds or one king-sized double bed if preferred.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share an independent bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and WC.
On the second floor:
Bedroom 5: with double bed.
Bedroom 6: with double bed.
Bedroom 7: with double bed.
Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 share an independent bathroom with shower, sink and separate WC.
On the ground floor, there is a separate WC next to the kitchen + a WC and shower in the outside shed.
